At Horticulture there is an environmental focus – this venue is committed to reducing waste and reducing carbon footprint. As a result, they use renewable and biodegradable packaging where possible, and they also use every single part of the produce. For example, the cocktails are all low waste, using juice from fruit skin, chickpea water for foam, and chilli seeds to produce syrup.
